The limit
What we do not tokenize
We do not tokenize resources that are still in the ground.
We are open to exploring and studying, with the client and its advisers and including the legal, administrative and corporate aspects, whether the operating side of a project (the company, the production process, the equipment) could also be tokenized once the material is above ground, packaged and stored. Nothing of this kind is offered today. Financing licences, equipment or an operating company already has established, regulated routes, such as public companies and private investment funds, which operate under securities regulation. SGM is not a party to those routes and does not offer them.

Project analysis
The project is analysed at the start: the asset, the client and what the client wants to achieve.

Due diligence
The asset, its owner and its documents are assessed before anything is built on them.

Business plan and project development
A written business plan sets out the project: the asset, the market and the path to completion.

Site and production visit
We go and see the asset, the site and its production directly, and analyse what we find.

Asset evaluation and third-party evaluation
The asset is evaluated, and the evaluation is checked by an independent third party, so that the project rests on a figure that can be explained.

Custody and certificate
The asset is documented, and a certificate is issued or arranged through a depository or warehouse arrangement.

Tokenization
We create the token for you on a standard blockchain such as Ethereum, or on the blockchain you choose.

Marketing strategy
A marketing strategy is prepared with the client, who remains responsible for what it publishes and where.

Go-to-market and capital raise
We guide and accompany the client to market. The client is the issuer and remains responsible for its go-to-market. We also guide the client through its capital raise, for which the client remains responsible.
